[Oral Session]

Procedure of registration and abstract submission

1. First you prepare the 1-page abstract in English. The instruction (and a template) is given in the following links.

2. After you prepare your manuscript, you have to finish your registration before submitting abstract. Please click on the following link to proceed to the registration page.

3. You will receive the confirmation e-mail shortly. You will find your registration number there.
Garbled characters that may appear in your received e-mail might be corrected by encoding with Unicode (UTF-8).

4. Abstract submission: Your abstract should be sent only in a PDF form.

  The upper limit of the file-size is 5Mb. If a high resolution figure is essential for your abstract, please ask the conference desk.

5. Send your PDF file through "Abstract Sending Form", which will be announced by the registration confirmation e-mail.

6. The replacement procedure is not acceptable after the submission of your abstract.

  The contribution without the abstract will be automatically cancelled.
